Used this set on my drivers seat which is in Ash White. Before starting, the dirt appeared to be quite deep in the leather, but with a little elbow grease, it's come off nicely.
Tried the protector afterwards and after a couple of weeks, it appears to be working very well.

They replied with advice within 24 hours and didn't recommend anything more than required. Unlike other companies I've used before, who have taken the opportunity to sell me all sorts of extras.
