The Leather Sofa Colour Enhancer is a simple rejuvenation technique for your leather furniture that will help restore faded colour.

During the rejuvenation process, our Leather Sofa Colour Enhancer softens the leather. Colour enhancer can be used on both new and old leather.

If you want a satin shine, buff the protective cream after it has dried, or leave it as it is for a matt finish. It's crucial to remember that once you've applied the Leather Colour Enhancer, you'll need to seal it in with the Leather Protection & Conditioner Cream. Failure to do so may cause the colour enhancer to come off.

Q. Can I change the colour of my leather with this
A. No, it’s designed to enhance the colour you have, you need a colour restoration kit for this

Q. If I apply several coats will it make my leather darker
A. No only a single coat or two is required as it soaks into the leather

Q. Will this come off onto my clothing
A. No 100% it stays on the leather once protected over with the leather protection cream, it’s then sealed in.

Q. Will this fill in my cracks?
A. No, this will colour the cracks. In order to fill in the cracks, you will need one of our leather fillers.

Q. Can I use this on any leather item?
A. No, the colouring balms get absorbed into the leather. This product will work great on absorbent leathers such as Aniline Leather. You should always ask for advice before purchasing.

Q. What cleaner do i need to use for aniline leather so i can then use the colour enhancer?
A. You would need to use the Aniline Leather Cleaner LRC7

Q. What cleaner do i need to use for car seats modern or classics before using the enhancer?
A. For all modern leather car seats and classic car seats its best to use the LRC1 leather cleaner.

Instructions

  1. Clean the leather surface down with our classic car leather cleaner
  2. Using a soft clean cloth, massage into the leather in circular motion
  3. Allow to dry and then apply another coat if necessary
  4. After the final coat, allow to sit for 30 minutes then lightly buff up the area with a soft terry towel, whilst removing any residue
  5. Optional: Use the Leather Protection & Conditioner Cream to seal the enhancer in, as this helps it to last for a very long time. Any excess that falls off is normal.

Cautions,  Harmful if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children, may cause skin irritation. Seek medical attention at once, do not induce vomiting. Avoid contact with eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do so, continue rinsing. Use a mask at all times using in a well-ventilated area.
