Deliveries are taking a little longer than normal at present due to Royal Mail strikes causing delivery issues, along with Christmas deliveries can take twice as long. Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item or service purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your cancellation rights expire 14 days from the date you contact Restorers Limited or after 14 days of receipt of the goods. The distance selling regulations further specify when your cancellation rights expire. Deemed delivery date will be 4 working days from the date of posting. Cancellation is only deemed served on the company if sent using one of the methods listed below on this page. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, you must sign for the goods as damaged. If you sign to say that they are received in good condition we must assume that they were in good condition when delivered or you have confirmed acceptance of the goods in this damaged condition and we will not be able to rectify any fault how so ever caused or make any payments of compensation.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery by email: help@leatherrepaircompany.com or telephone 44 (0)1482 606864 or else a damage claim may not be possible. Depending upon the extent of the fault/damage, you may be sent a replacement you will be asked to return the goods in their original packaging (where possible) to our address (see Below or Contact Us Page ). In the event that you are asked to return the goods, you will be offered a refund or replacement, providing there is no evidence of misuse. Returns Policy

Internet shoppers are covered by the distance selling regulations which we adhere to. The items will remain the customer’s liability until receipt by the company, therefore we recommend you obtain postal insurance. All returns should be confirmed to the company in writing within 14 days of delivery. The consumer will be liable for any postage costs in relation to returning the items unless the items are faulty. If you wish to return any of the goods you have purchased may do so within 14 days of the date of purchase. Products have to be returned to the address below and the buyer has to pay for the return of the products, via recorded delivery or a courier company.

Force Majeure

Restorers Limited shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods or services you have ordered or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Orders placed before 14:00 (12:00 for DHL) will be posted that day or the following working day (unless product description states otherwise).
Orders placed after 14:00 (12:00 for DHL) will be dispatched the following working day.

Any order containing a custom colour will be dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, after receiving your colour samples to scan.
Your email and phone number are given to the courier company for tracking and giving updates on your delivery.
In the event, the courier has trouble delivering your order we may pass on your telephone number and email address to the courier call center so they may contact you to get further details about delivering your goods.

Any order shipped with Royal Mail that is placed before 14:00 will be shipped the same day as long as that is a working day Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays.
UK Deliveries: All UK deliveries have a £5 flat rate charge no matter how big or small your order is, all orders are sent on a tracked service 1st class. Orders to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland can take from 24 hours to 72 hours to deliver. Scottish Highlands posts codes are deemed as follows:

Airmail service over 2kg is provided by DHL, Fedex, Royal Mail and their partners.

8-10 working day delivery for Europe. 12-21 working day delivery for the rest of the world.
