Bad product. Bought it believing in the product and even had it shipped to the Seychelles. Tried to clean a John Varvatos limited edition suede jacket. Used exactly as instructed. Did not clean it at all, not even slightly. No visible result whatsoever. Waste of money.

Good product; left suite clean and shiny

I wore tan nubuck boots while cooking and spilt a drop of melted butter on the toe cap and didn't immediately notice. Not good. It took several applications but the mark has been removed and I'm pleased with the result. Also brightened up a pair of grubby tan sheepskin mittens. Reasonable price and very fast service.

Used this set on my drivers seat which is in Ash White. Before starting, the dirt appeared to be quite deep in the leather, but with a little elbow grease, it's come off nicely.
Tried the protector afterwards and after a couple of weeks, it appears to be working very well.
Strongly Recommend. Not just the product, but also the customer service I had when I contacted them on what products I needed. They replied with advice within 24 hours and didn't recommend anything more than required. Unlike other companies I've used before, who have taken the opportunity to sell me all sorts of extras.

Our leather sofa is over 25 years old and has survived in spite of having had an occasional rub with a spray of furniture polish. It was remarkably transformed however with the application of the Leather Cleaning and Protection products obtained from the Leather Repair Company. It is restored to an almost new and looks fabulously nourished and shiny.

My daughter decided the back of my chair in my new car was the perfect canvas for her latest scribble (with biro pen). I tried a few different things none of which did anything to the ink, I was dreading the fact it wouldn't come out. Luckily I found this product, it arrived fairly quickly and I tried it straight away, at first I thought it wasn't working but after a few minutes the ink was looking lighter. I carried on and in the end - all gone! I also like the addition of the Christmas greetings card in the package, a very nice touch. Thanks for saving my chair!

Cleaned our sofa and it’s like new and smells amazing

This is the second bottle of LRC20 that I've had in the past few years. Really like this product as it leaves my cowhide and American horsehide jackets with a lovely soft and supple feel to the hide. My Lewis leathers motorcycle jacket is is very expensive at over £1000 and so i would not use any other products.

Smells really good - like leather - not overpowering. I would say make it just a bit stronger.. but otherwise it's really good

A paper shopping bag got wet and leaked blue ink onto my new designer handbag. I got a quote from a handbag restoration company of £256, so I thought I had nothing to loose by giving this cleaning kit a good go. 3 days later and the ink stains have come clean out. So happy!

Having purchased the ink stain remover for some ink stains on our Leather culture at home we were a little sceptical at first.

The results went as good as we could expect we were careful about removing the colour.

It left a very very faint line that you wouldn’t know was there unless you knew there was a stain there originally.

So for us it’s a very happy result and we managed to save restoring the colour, in the past we have found with biro removers, the colour can be removed, so we were careful of that factor.

But we managed to do it this time, and without removing the colour and got the result we wanted.
