As per our listing and technical data sheets its very clear about adding extra dye if needed this is not hidden as you claim in your emails either.

As it states above it depends on the original colour, your going from a green to a white which is probably almost impossible to archive, the shoes had not been cleaned that you sent us and had stains on them all this should have been removed prior to trying any dye.
